| Mike Dodds |
Mike has 10 years' experience manufacturing marine heat
exchangers and cooling kits for ORCA Marine Cooling Systems and its
predecessor companies. In addition to his many years at ORCA, Mike
has managed other successful businesses and has complete familiarity with
the challenges associated with the installation of heat exchangers on
boats.
Mike manages our production and sales. |

| David Driskill |
David has been continuously engaged in producing marine heat
exchangers for almost 30 years. He is a master of all aspects of
production, and supports all of our production operations.

| Kim Anderson |
Kimberly is both ORCA's Marketing Manager and
Office Manager She is the
person most likely to answer customer phone calls. She has
managerial experience and a Bachelor's degree from the University of
Washington in business and marketing. Her experience, sunny
disposition, efficiency and "can-do" attitude will add a
pleasant personal touch to your dealings with ORCA.

| Bob Trunek |
Bob is one half of the Ownership Team. His background
includes an engineering degree from MIT, professional engineer and
executive experience. He brings hands-on
management, coupled with long term vision, to the company.

| Diane Trunek |
Diane is one half of the Ownership Team. Her
background in education and non-profit organizations is well suited to her
current roles as manager of Human Resources, Purchasing and Quality
Assurance.

 Production Team: Our production
team is the backbone of our
operation. Each of these craftsmen and craftswomen brings experience and
skill in one or more manufacturing steps. They share a responsibility and
pride in working with high quality designs and materials to fabricate the
excellent products which ORCA Marine Cooling Systems offers to the boating
community.
